Gazeleys environmental strategy is based on increasing environmental and socially responsible logistics development to provide our customers with buildings that are cheaper to operate and to maintain. We include environmental initiatives for all our customers within our standard specifications at no extra cost.
Demonstrating Gazeleys commitment to sustainable development, G. Park Swindon will include a number of eco measures such as the harvesting and re-use of rainwater collected from the roof of the building and solar panels to heat the water. A solar wall will use renewable energy to heat and ventilate the building. The development will also include substantial areas of new habitat around the building with the planting of 500 new trees.
